Join us in Leaderboard 2.0, a free one-day leadership conference held on February 27th, 2026, at the main campus of Tampere University, bringing together professionals, students, and leaders from the game industry and adjacent creative fields.

The event focuses on contemporary leadership challenges, practical tools, and human-centered approaches to working in creative, knowledge-intensive industries. The program is built around curated panel discussions featuring invited guests from Finland and abroad, offering experience-based insights.

Leaderboard 2.0 runs two parallel tracks: one aimed at industry professionals and leaders, and another designed for university students and early-career developers focusing on self-leadership and employability.

Taking the lead is often difficult and feels like a herculean task. Leaderboar's Leadership Track in room B1100 aims to tackle these issues and help making the gamedev industry better for everyone by breaking myths and sharing skills our panelists have learned during their career.

The second track is designed for students aspiring to become game developers. The Student Track brings together panelists from various fields of game development, and beyond, to share their insights. Discussions will focus on developing self-discipline, taking initiative, and navigating career opportunities in the industry.

The day culminates in a networking event at the 5th floor of Platform6, Åkerlundinkatu 8.
