Meet Our Speakers:

Saida Mäki-Penttila: Senior Planning Officer, Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare (THL)

Saida is a community organizer for the nonprofit organization Good Hair Day, dedicated to breaking down barriers, creating inclusive spaces, and uplifting marginalized communities. Her expertise and commitment to social equity make her a pivotal voice in discussions about community inclusivity.

Laura Kyntölä: Senior Planning Officer, Centre for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment (ELY-keskus)

With over a decade of experience in integration and diversity, Laura works at the ELY Center in Uusimaa to enhance integration and change attitudes through practical, down-to-earth solutions. She is passionate about fostering collaboration across sectors to achieve true integration and inclusion.

Osita Ifezue: Founder, Entergrate ry

Osita is an integration expert, writer, and podcaster who works on grassroots initiatives to promote inclusion. As an immigrant and community builder, he brings unique insights into the challenges and successes of building inclusive communities from the ground up.
