You know how nice it is to have a even a distant friend or a buddy in a strange city? Even though you wouldn´t stay at their house, he ́s that one lovely friend who ́ll show you the best spots, who takes you behind the scenes and really helps you to experience the city the way the locals enjoy their home town. Join me for a tour and you ́ll always have such a friend in Helsinki.
My name is Arto and I´m an experienced tour guide with native level of English proficiency. I´ve started my own tour-company so I can share with my guests all the things we locals do to enjoy the summer day in the capital of the happiest country in the world!
I personally enjoy culture, historical buildings in their historical context and absolutely love everything epic. My favourite place in the world is Helsinki during the summer.
It makes me so happy to welcome you to My City and show you around <3
Learn how the locals live and see all the major city center attractions. I will even point out few details and facts about this city&country which most locals don´t even know!

Yes. I operate the tour in all weather conditions, so please dress accordingly. Helsinki is a seaside city with almost a constant breeze, so you might want to wear something that blocks the wind. Also, comfortable shoes are recommended.
Yes, there is a small break indoors about half way through with an opportunity to use free toilets, fill up your water bottle (the tap water in Finland is the same quality as sold in bottles) and rest your feet a bit.
Yes. The entire route is completely accessible so you´ll stay in pace with the rest of the group the whole time. There might be few regular street curbs to tackle here and there – just like in any other urban environment. So if you can get around in a normal city, you´ll be ok.
