Hangout with startups feat. Experience Tampere program

Join us for a casual and engaging afternoon at Hangout with Startups and Experts, where international founders from the Experience Tampere programme will present their startups and connect with the local community.

Experience Tampere is an initiative by International House Tampere designed to help international founders explore Tampere as a potential home for their business. Over the course of one week, selected entrepreneurs dive into the local startup ecosystem, meet key stakeholders, and get hands-on guidance on relocating and scaling their companies in Finland.

At this event, five founders from Brazil, Turkey, and Lithuania will pitch their startups—ranging from aerospace solutions and sustainable materials to remote industrial collaboration tools and founder mentorship. They're here to share what they're building and why Tampere might be the next step in their journey.

The event will also feature a panel of local investors and advisors, followed by an open networking session hosted by Platform6. If you're curious about international founders in Tampere, want to support new ideas, or just want to meet others in the scene, this is the place to be.

Platform6 is a startup house in the heart of Tampere that opened its doors on the 1st of October in 2020. It offers startups a structured growth path along with a curated space, peer support, global networks and carefully selected services & programmes that help startups at all stages (from ideation to international expansion)grow, scale and access private investments, public funding, mentors, strategic partners, corporates, top talent, customers, etc.
