From AI overwhelm to a clear HR roadmap - in 2 hours

What you’ll do in the workshop

In this live, virtual workshop, you’ll join a small group of peers and:

• Explore realistic AI development options in HR (via ready-made scenario cards)
• Discuss the impact, effort, and essential enablers for each initiative
• Apply simple but powerful prioritisation techniques to decide what matters most
• Sequence initiatives into a practical release plan

You’ll work in small breakout groups (3 people) inside Miro (an Agile tool we use), guided by an experienced facilitator, so you can practise decision-making in a safe, engaging environment.
