Finland in Color – Documentary Movie Night & Conversation at Familia
Overview
Free event. Limited seats. Registration required.
Finland in Color invites you into stories of identity and belonging.
Join us for an intimate documentary movie night and conversation featuring Finland in Color, the documentary series by Zimema Mhone that explores lived experiences and perspectives of life in Finland.
This special evening offers a great opportunity to meet some of the people behind the lenses of the series and to take part in an open and thoughtful conversation with the first person featured in the documentary, Familia’s own Nora Dadi.
The event is designed to feel like a relaxed movie night with friends, while also creating space for reflection, dialogue, and connection. After the screening, there will be time to ask questions directly from the creator and Nora, and to connect with others interested in storytelling, representation, and social impact.
Please note
Participants are kindly asked to arrive 15 to 30 minutes before the event starts to allow time for registration and seating. The programme begins promptly at 18.00.
