Accommodation and details

In Oulu, there is huge amount of hotels and cabins. We recommend to book those as early as possible. Getting to the venue, you can rent a car, take a taxi or share a ride with others.

On Sunday evening we are planning to have the hot meal, sauna and hot tub at the local climbing gym Oulun Kiipeilykeskus.

This year we are investing in having a sustainable competition.

After competition

During the FINICE2023 you can climb in Oulu's climbing center for 8 euros (including entrance and rental shoes) if you have ticket to the competition. We are planning to organize some interesting program after competition.

We highly recommend to go to the best Finnish natural ice climbing area KOROUOMA canyon. If you need a guide to Korouoma, we warmly recommend to take contact to our local Mountain guide aspirant Samuli Pekkanen (spekkanen@hotmail.com).
