February Partner Visit: AWS

Edtech Finland members visit one Partner member every month in winter-spring 2023 to discuss interesting and current themes. There will always be space for curious questions, honest answers and other interesting discussions!

This month it's AWS's turn to host us with interesting presentations, food, and drinks!

Artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) are transforming education and fundamentally changing teaching and learning across higher education, K12, and lifelong learning.

As AI and ML become more ubiquitous and simple to use, EdTech companies and startups around the world are unlocking the benefits of these technologies, particularly when it comes to personalizing learning content and using AI-enabled text and voice.

AWS’s Henri Nousiainen, Head of AI/ML at AWS Nordics, will walk you through the fundamentals of AI-driven personalization, some case studies, and present ideas about how to get started with personizing your applications’ content and making the user experience more enjoyable.

Elias Robot’s CEO & Founder Johanna Hemminki will introduce how they have built some of the core features and capabilities of their language learning solution on top of ready-to-use AI-driven text and voice services.
