Essence of Agile is a hybrid training, that gives you the perfect starting point for becoming more agile at work. Although Agile methods are famously used in software development - this course is designed to benefit most people working in a modern office environment.

The course is designed to be completed alongside work. It includes 8 hours of independent studying and 3 group meetings. The total time commitment is around 1 ½ work days.
