At our event, you'll meet designer and manufacturer industry leaders as well as experts from MagiCAD Group.
You´ll have the possibility to meet and discuss with experts in the field of "BIM" and MEP. These manufacturers and designers are highly experienced and have best practices in this field. This is also a great opportunity to network and connect within the industry and with other stakeholders.
You can look forward to topics like using Artificial Intelligence (AI) and understanding things like Environmental Product Declarations (EPD) and Life Cycle Assessments (LCA). We'll see how data-driven insights can transform our approach to sustainability.

Our event begins at Therme Erding, the world's largest spa. Here, in this peaceful setting, we'll start our first seminar day. Join us for discussions and presentations about digital solutions. But that's not all—we'll also get an exclusive tour behind the scenes of the Therme Erding thermal spa. You'll see how advanced technology and skilled craftsmanship work together to create this oasis.

After a day filled with discovery, we will gather at the Erdinger restaurant. Surrounded by the warmth of traditional hospitality, we will savor traditional Bavarian cuisine, offering a taste of the local heritage that complements our technological journey.

On our second day, we'll meet at the Akzent Hotel Aufkirchen to dive deeper into sustainability, data insights, and industry best practices as well as on-field experiences from real MEP projects. Engage in discussions, connect with peers, and discover strategies that will shape the future of digital solutions for manufacturers in building services.

Title: Streamlining Global Workflows: Buro Happold's Integration of MagiCAD
Introduction:
With the numerous Revit add-ons available in today’s market, it can be exhausting and time-consuming to integrate any new tool into existing workflows, especially when operating across a global market. Buro Happold has been utilising MagiCAD's suite of features for a number of years across Europe, the UK, and the Middle East. From accessing their vast manufacturers' library within our designs and model-based calculations to improving efficiencies through a managed builders' work opening process and driving clash prevention in our MEP models, MagiCAD has been instrumental. Buro Happold’s European BIM Lead Michael Bryan, together with HVAC BIM Engineers James Loke and Michal Nowak, will present how they integrated MagiCAD as standard practice and demonstrate some live project examples.

Data-driven supply chain management seeks to enhance the efficiency of construction projects and minimise waste during both the design and construction phases. However, in construction supply chains, data flow often becomes fragmented across various formats and systems.
At the heart of design information flow are people and collaborative teamwork. Integrating artificial intelligence with human expertise opens up new possibilities for the future. AI can automate data processing and refinement, significantly improving the flow of design information.

Title: Creating Real Impact: Utilizing MagiCAD Software and Verified Manufacturer Content
Introduction:
In his presentation, Massimo will talk about the challenges encountered during the project "Construction of New Emergency Room of Pontedera's Ospital." and how innovative tools like Magicad played a pivotal role in overcoming them. He will highlight how Magicad significantly reduced project completion time by over 50%, ensuring top-notch quality in the final outcome. Massimo will elaborate on how the software's features, including verified manufacturer families, integrated calculations, and automation, streamlined the design process and minimized errors in distribution systems.

Title: Innovating Tomorrow's HVAC: Bridging Field Devices and BIM Models
Introduction:
Belimo offers a forward-thinking outlook on future workflows regarding the configuration and commissioning of field devices within a BIM environment. Collaborating with MagiCAD, they've developed a "Proof of Concept" demonstrating the full pre-configuration of field devices or zone-control systems within a BIM model. This innovative approach showcases how configuration data seamlessly transfers from the BIM model to field devices on-site, simplifying the commissioning process.

Title: Towards Greener MEP Solutions: Integrating Environmental Product Data for Sustainable Design
Introduction:
The urgent need for environmentally sustainable and efficient construction planning is creating ever greater challenges for the building technology industry. MagiCAD Group supports MEP planners and manufacturers not only in keeping up to date, but also in pioneering work in this field. In his speech, Jonas Gesenhues will talk about innovative methods for circular construction and planning of MEP projects, highlighting the integration of Environmental Product Declarations and Life-cycle Assessment through the use of MagiCAD software and the complementary BIM object library MagiCAD Cloud.

Introduction:
Even though BIM modeling tools have come a long way, MEP designers still spend a lot of time on modeling and editing. At the same time, there’s a growing need for better and more sustainable designs that use manufacturers’ data. This situation is becoming increasingly difficult to manage.
In this talk, Pauli Keinonen will show how AI technologies can make MEP design faster, more efficient, and more accurate through automation. He will explain new ways to speed up design work, improve interaction, and create better AI visualisations.
