This World Mental Health Day, explore your own wellbeing through creativity, reflection and connection. No artistic skills needed.
Creativity for Mental Wellbeing
How are you feeling right now? What supports your wellbeing? What might you need more of to feel and cope better?
In this gentle, facilitated workshop, we’ll explore our own mental wellbeing through creativity, guided reflection and connection.
Using SIA ry’s creative methods, we’ll work individually with canvas and acrylic paints to explore our thoughts, feelings and needs in a different way. The focus is not on creating art or producing a particular outcome. Creativity is simply a tool for reflection, expression and self-discovery.
We’ll create together around one table, with space for conversation and connection. You are always free to share as much or as little as feels comfortable.
No artistic skills or previous creative experience are needed. Come as you are and create without expectations.
Organised by SIA ry in collaboration with Mieli Without Borders for World Mental Health Day 2026.
