Workshops are broken into 2 x half day sessions held during the same week:
Day 1: Tuesday, 8 March: 12.30 - 15.30 AEDT
Day 2: Thursday, 10 March: 12.30 - 15.30 AEDT
The content of each session is different and you are required to attend both sessions to complete your certification.

- Hands-on practical training with each product led by a Nosto Commerce Experience Specialist
- Exposure to more advanced use cases based on your Customer Journey Touchpoints and selected business KPIs
- Real-life examples of successful strategies built with Nosto’s Commerce Experience Platform
- An opportunity to learn from peers by joining a group of ecommerce professionals
- Tailored input and feedback on your own business objectives and challenges
After completing the two-half-day workshop along with the on-demand courses in The Nosto Academy, you will be given the opportunity to complete a final assignment and become an officially certified Commerce Experience Expert!
