Specialty coffee refers to the highest grade of coffee available, utilizing single-origin beans known for their complex and interesting flavor profiles. In this workshop we'll use the pour-over V60 brewing method, unlocking the full flavor spectrum of our beans.

The ticket includes the session, light brunch, and a 100g bag of coffee.
You will learn how coffee makes its way from far across the sea (yes, global warming doesn’t yet allow for growing coffee here) to your cup, how it is roasted, and more importantly how this influences the taste profile so you’d better choose something that suits your taste.
