Our webinar in June focuses on  the "Boreout" phenomenon. Similar to Burnout it is often misdiagnosed. Learn more about tools to prevent it.

<h3><strong>Boreout</strong> means to suffer from a <strong>decreased productivity</strong> caused by a <strong>lack of work</strong>. As a result <strong>feeling trapped</strong> while suffering from a <strong>lack of purpose</strong> and motivation can be the start of an<strong> increased</strong> <strong>stress-level</strong>. Most people define themselves at least partly through their productivity or their role at work, which makes this is a serious health risk.</h3><h3></h3><h3>Experiencing restrictions due to the Covid pandemic this phenomenon has increased over the past year. Being in a situation in which it is impossible to plan long term.
