There’s quite an interesting engineering story behind it – the one that’s also happening in our engineering hub here in Bucharest! Attaining this accuracy is non-trivial, as it tries to predict when a set of human actors (restaurant, courier) will perform some specific tasks. By using past data, averaged biases, machine learning models and Gaussian probabilities, we were able to do it.
