Atlassian Breakfast
A breakfast event on using Atlassian to connect strategy, delivery, service, knowledge, and operations for modern IT teams.
Join WeAre and Peakforce, A WeAre company, for the Atlassian Breakfast, a focused morning event for senior decision-makers and IT professionals interested in getting more business value from Atlassian.
Many organizations already use Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and other Atlassian tools. However, the real value often comes when these tools are connected into one clear and practical way of working. This means better visibility across teams, stronger alignment between business and IT, smoother service management, improved knowledge sharing, and more structured operational practices.
During the morning, experts from Peakforce will share practical examples, common challenges, and forward-looking perspectives on how modern IT teams use Atlassian to connect strategy, service delivery, knowledge, operations, and AI-enabled work.
The event is designed for senior decision-makers and IT professionals who want to understand Atlassian not only as a toolset, but as a practical system of work for the future of modern IT. The focus remains on today’s business and IT challenges, while also giving a careful look at the direction Atlassian is moving toward with AI orchestration and smarter ways of coordinating work across teams.
Why attend?
This event is for organizations that want to get more value from Atlassian, whether they are already using Jira and Confluence or considering Atlassian support, migration, development, or external consulting.

- Identify common Jira and Atlassian usage challenges

Agenda
-
Breakfast, arrival, and networking
We will start the morning with breakfast and informal networking. Juha Ahlgren will host the morning and guide the discussion around how Atlassian connects with modern IT operations, service management, and business value.
-
Your Jira isn’t a problem - How to get more from Atlassian solutions?
Most companies use a fraction of what Atlassian can do and then often blame the tool. In this session, Wiktor will share what Peakforce keeps finding inside real organizations: where Atlassian gets stuck, why it isn’t usually a Jira problem, and the moves that help you get more value from what you already pay for. You’ll leave with a clearer picture of where your current Atlassian environment sits on the maturity curve, what the highest-leverage next moves are, and how other organisations in your sector are approaching the same challenges.
