Päivi has 30 years of experience in preparing successful funding applications for various funders, a strong background in evaluating applications for multiple funding programs, and deep expertise in training professionals in successful grant writing. She is the founder and owner of the boutique consultancy PDGE Project Development Group Europe.

Johanna Riippi, Certified Professional Facilitator and AI Expert
Johanna has nearly 15 years of experience, particularly in the municipal sector, in applying for and implementing funded projects. For the past three years, she has worked as an entrepreneur and trainer. Her mission is to help people work smarter and with more ease.
