Bloom Tampere is welcoming all for an inspiring session, which includes mindfulness, visualisation, and creating your own goals through a vision board.This session is all about creating your own future and working towards it with the powers of manifestation and visualisation. An introduction to meditation to help with visualising your new future and the dreams you wish to build and support your personal and professional goals.During this session, participants will also have the chance to create their own Vision Board, a powerful mechanism used by entrepreneurs, athletes, and professionals to stay active and motivated.Meet the Hosts:Miranda KihlstromA Meditation practitioner, she will guide the participants in creating the vision with a simple technique and an introduction to meditation and mindfulness.Vindya VincentA trained life coach who will also support the participants with this great event to help you bring your dreams to life.What to wear and bringAs the meditation session is light and a great introduction, participants will be seated, but just wear comfy clothing, as this is an informal event.Participants should bring materials for their vision board:• Cardboard or board • Photos or magazine cuttings • Glue and scissorsDon't worry if your materials are simple — creativity is encouraged!Events details:📍 Platform 6 – Floor 5 Åkerlundinkatu 8 33100 Tampere📅 21 March 2026 ⏰ Starts at 15:00Note:The presentation will be in English but&nbsp;very simple&nbsp;and no under&nbsp;12 year olds🎟️Registration required!
