Welcome, I am glad that you are here.My name is Kate, I am the Whispers of Life Doula - a Trauma Conscious and Yin Yoga Guide (RYT200) as well as a trained End of Life Doula. I believe that each of us is writing our own story and not one is alike to another. I would be honored to have you share yours with me.As someone who has encountered death many times in her life, I know the importance of education as well as self care so I plan to offer both on this platform.
