The Downtown Jamaica Riddim & Jazz Festival returns with a fresh sound and a deep groove, drawing from the heart of JCAL’s music programming—Riddim Section and Thursday Night Jazz.

JCAL’s Riddim Section returns with monthly performances that explore and amplify the music of the African, Caribbean, and Latin American diasporas.

Cutting-edge contemporary jazz artists are presented October to May. The season culminates in the annual two-day Downtown Jamaica Jazz Festival each June.
