Monica Chatterjee and John Metcalf intend to share their experience of ecstatic dance bringing them the joy of full, embodied, authenticity – we're all so great, exactly as we are!Monica fondly remembers clubbing in the 90's and DJing Underground House & Garage on vinyl. After the 90s, keeping the vibe alive for her meant getting into vipassana meditation, buddhism, 5 rhythms and Ecstatic dance. She has been enjoying finding lots of diverse music to play at the dances. A mission to live from true-self and help others do the same drives everything she does including her work as a Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist.
