Join us on a day walk in and around Adelaide. All genders welcome. Our walks are all about disconnecting from technology and connecting with nature. We walk at a managed group pace for fun, fitness and good mental health.

Are you ready to take on some of Australia's longest dedicated walking trail? Join our small group program of Heysen Trail Walks. Whether you do one or bundle and save and do them all, we'll guide you each step of the way. May to October!

Nature Connection for EVERYONE!

We offer training walks for all of our trips over 5 days. If you see a walk that interests you and you're training for a multi day walk you can join!

From October to March, join Big Heart Adventures for a Twilight Hike in the hills surrounding Adelaide. Our walks are all about nature connection, fun, health and friendship. If we can't walk and talk at the same time, we are walking too fast!

Celebrate wellness with a Sunset Hike and Summit Picnic, and Forest Bathing in Belair National Park. Immerse yourself in the beauty of the Adelaide Hills, Kaurna Yerta.

The Willunga Basin Trail is a walking trail in the southern Mt Lofty ranges in South Australia. It is approximately 130km long and has 11 sections. Join Big Heart Adventures as we guide you along the trail for one or all of the 11 sections.

Join us for all of the stages of the Willunga Basin Trail over Willunga Week (8-15 Nov) or the catch up days through summer.

Join us for the Yurrebilla Trail as we complete our 3 stage series again! The Yurrebilla trail (located just 12km from Adelaide City) is 56km in total and takes in some of the most scenic trails through the Adelaide Hills.
