Organizer of Embody Mindfulness: A 5-Week Movement Series
Concordia's Mindful Campus is a new program that will teach you how to build mental and emotional resilience through mindfulness. This program is a partnership with the Centre for Mindfulness Studies; Canada’s leading organization for mindfulness programs for depression, anxiety and stress. The program is fully funded by a Public Health Agency of Canada grant. Student tuition is not paying for this program and all part of Mindful Campus is free for all students.
