Since Covid, I have become a passionate cheesemaker. In my journey, I have found that many delicious cheeses and dairy products can be made in one's own kitchen. We use high quality ingredients to make them at a fraction of the cost of buying similar products in a store. I want to teach participants to make Fromage Blanc, Creme Fraiche, Yogurt, Labneh, Persian Feta, Italian Basket Cheese, French Cream Cheese and many, many others. Cheeses and dairy products from around the world can share techniques for making, but have very different results.
