Author Events is a UK-based community bringing together writers, readers, authors and publishing professionals through events, learning opportunities and genuine connection.Whether you're writing your first words, working towards publication, already published, or simply love books and meeting the people who create them, there’s a place for you at Author Events.Throughout the year, we run a growing programme of free and affordable author events, talks, panels, workshops, book clubs, coffee mornings and networking opportunities, creating welcoming spaces where people can meet, learn, share experiences and become part of a supportive literary community.For writers looking to develop their craft, the Author Academy offers workshops, courses and more intensive learning opportunities led by experienced authors and publishing professionals.
