Organisateur de Art League Meditation

Her coreXyoga® training program was nominated Best Program in Chicago. It is renowned for being an efficient way to learn how to be a yoga teacher.She is a published author of "The Yoga Asana Handbook" and "Yoga Snippet." She holds an ACE certification in Group Fitness, a Fitness Instructor degree from College of DuPage, and numerous specialty certificates. She holds the ERYT-500 distinction and she founded Edge Yoga School, a Registered Yoga Alliance School.

Join us for mindful classes hosted by Galeria Azul. This beautiful art gallery is located in the heart of Downtown Naperville on Washington and Jackson. There is plenty of parking across from Sullivans and the gallery is located on the second floor.
