Keep Your Marbles is an online self-care community for adults over the age of 18, with a membership that has a variety of lived experience. We are supportive and inclusive of all people, and everyone is welcome. Whether you are dealing with mental health challenges, physical or chronic health conditions, or wanting to maintain good mental health, you can find a home with us.Our members are often our facilitators. We all have our own unique gifts that we can bring and share with others.As well as lessons and supportive structures, we provide a safe space for you to make connections with like minded people.Welcome to our home, and we hope we can help you Keep Your Marbles.
